\u95dc\u65bc\u6975\u9650\u6297\u62c9\u5f37\u5ea6\uff08UTS\uff09\u3001\u5c48\u670d\u5f37\u5ea6\u3001\u5ef6\u4f38\u7387\u548c\u694a\u6c0f\u6a21\u6578\u7684\u5168\u9762\u6578\u64da\u3002.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"3,2,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"3,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">\u5408\u91d1\u6bd4\u8f03\uff1a<\/b> \u7b49\u7d1a\u8b8a\u5316\u5982\u4f55\u5f71\u97ff\u6027\u80fd\uff0c\u5f9e\u6a19\u6e96\u7684C110 ETP\u5230\u9ad8\u5f37\u5ea6\u7684\u9239\u9285\u548c\u9ec3\u9285\u3002.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"3,3,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"3,3,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">\u52a0\u5de5\u8207\u74b0\u5883\u5f71\u97ff\uff1a<\/b> \u71b1\u8655\u7406\u3001\u4f4e\u6eab\u51b7\u537b\u548c\u9ad8\u6eab\u71b1\u74b0\u5883\u5982\u4f55\u6539\u8b8a\u627f\u8f09\u80fd\u529b\u3002.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>\u9285\u7684\u6297\u62c9\u5f37\u5ea6\u662f\u591a\u5c11\uff1f<\/h2>\n<p>\u9285\u56e0\u5176\u5353\u8d8a\u7684\u96fb\u5c0e\u548c\u71b1\u5c0e\u800c\u88ab\u666e\u904d\u8a8d\u53ef\uff0c\u4f46\u5176\u6a5f\u68b0\u6027\u80fd\u5728\u91cd\u578b\u5de5\u696d\u548c\u5546\u696d\u61c9\u7528\u4e2d\u540c\u6a23\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u9019 <strong>\u9285\u7684\u6297\u62c9\u5f37\u5ea6<\/strong> \u901a\u5e38\u7bc4\u570d\u70ba <strong>210 MPa \u81f3\u8d85\u904e 400 MPa<\/strong> (\u7d0430 ksi\u81f358 ksi)\u3002\u9019\u500b\u57fa\u6e96\u503c\u5f88\u5927\u7a0b\u5ea6\u4e0a\u53d6\u6c7a\u65bc\u91d1\u5c6c\u7684\u52a0\u5de5\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u7279\u5225\u662f\u662f\u5426\u8655\u65bc <strong>\u9000\u706b<\/strong> \uff08\u8edf\uff09\u72c0\u614b\u6216\u5df2\u7d93\u9032\u884c\u4e86 <strong>\u51b7\u8ecb<\/strong> \u4f7f\u6750\u6599\u8b8a\u786c\u3002.<\/p>\n<h3>\u51b6\u91d1\u5b78\u4e2d\u62c9\u4f38\u5f37\u5ea6\u7684\u5b9a\u7fa9<\/h3>\n<p>\u5728\u51b6\u91d1\u5b78\u4e2d\uff0c\u62c9\u4f38\u5f37\u5ea6\u8a55\u4f30\u91d1\u5c6c\u5728\u53d7\u5230\u62c9\u4f38\u6642\u7684\u53cd\u61c9\u3002\u5b83\u662f\u6750\u6599\u5728\u5931\u6548\u6216\u65b7\u88c2\u524d\u80fd\u627f\u53d7\u7684\u6700\u5927\u62c9\u4f38\u6216\u62c9\u4f38\u61c9\u529b\u3002.<\/p>\n<p>\u70ba\u4e86\u6b63\u78ba\u8a55\u4f30\u9285\uff0c\u5de5\u7a0b\u5e2b\u6703\u89c0\u5bdf\u5e7e\u500b\u7279\u5b9a\u6307\u6a19\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u6975\u9650\u62c9\u4f38\u5f37\u5ea6\uff08UTS\uff09\uff1a<\/strong> \u9285\u5728\u65b7\u88c2\u524d\u80fd\u627f\u53d7\u7684\u7d55\u5c0d\u6700\u5927\u61c9\u529b\u3002.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u5c48\u670d\u5f37\u5ea6\uff1a<\/strong> \u9285\u505c\u6b62\u5f48\u6027\u62c9\u4f38\u4e26\u958b\u59cb\u6c38\u4e45\uff08\u5851\u6027\uff09\u8b8a\u5f62\u7684\u7cbe\u78ba\u61c9\u529b\u9ede\u3002.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u5ef6\u4f38\u7387\uff1a<\/strong> \u8861\u91cf\u91d1\u5c6c\u5ef6\u5c55\u6027\u7684\u4e00\u500b\u6307\u6a19\uff0c\u8868\u793a\u5728\u65b7\u88c2\u524d\u80fd\u62c9\u4f38\u7684\u7a0b\u5ea6\u3002.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u694a\u6c0f\u6a21\u6578\uff08\u5f48\u6027\u6a21\u6578\uff09\uff1a<\/strong> \u8861\u91cf\u56fa\u9ad4\u6750\u6599\u7684\u525b\u5ea6\u3002.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u70ba\u4ec0\u9ebc\u62c9\u4f38\u5f37\u5ea6\u5c0d\u9285\u61c9\u7528\u5f88\u91cd\u8981<\/h3>\n<p>\u5728\u8a2d\u8a08\u53ef\u9760\u7cfb\u7d71\u6642\uff0c\u4e0d\u80fd\u5ffd\u7565\u6750\u6599\u7684\u7269\u7406\u6975\u9650\u3002\u96d6\u7136\u9285\u5177\u6709\u9ad8\u5ea6\u7684 <strong>\u5ef6\u5c55\u6027<\/strong>\u2014\u4f7f\u5176\u975e\u5e38\u9069\u5408\u62c9\u6210\u96fb\u7dda\u7528\u65bc <strong>\u96fb\u529b<\/strong>\u2014\u4f46\u4ecd\u5fc5\u9808\u5177\u5099\u8db3\u5920\u7684\u5f37\u5ea6\u4ee5\u61c9\u5c0d\u5b89\u88dd\u548c\u65e5\u5e38\u74b0\u5883\u58d3\u529b\u3002.<\/p>\n<p>\u62c9\u4f38\u5f37\u5ea6\u5728\u5e7e\u500b\u95dc\u9375\u9818\u57df\u6c7a\u5b9a\u6027\u80fd\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u62c9\u7dda\uff1a<\/strong> \u78ba\u4fdd\u96fb\u7e9c\u5728\u7ba1\u9053\u5b89\u88dd\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u4e0d\u6703\u56e0\u62c9\u529b\u800c\u65b7\u88c2\u3002.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u52a0\u58d3\u7cfb\u7d71\uff1a<\/strong> \u4f86\u8861\u91cf\u91d1\u5c6c\u6c38\u4e45\u5f4e\u66f2\u6216\u8b8a\u5f62\u7684\u78ba\u5207\u95be\u503c\u3002\u5c0d\u65bc\u6c92\u6709\u660e\u78ba\u5c48\u670d\u9ede\u7684\u6750\u6599\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u6703\u89c0\u5bdf <strong>\u5c48\u670d\u5f37\u5ea6<\/strong> \u4f5c\u70ba\u66ff\u4ee3\u65b9\u6848\u3002.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u694a\u6c0f\u6a21\u6578\uff1a<\/strong> \u5e38\u88ab\u7a31\u70ba \u7684\u91d1\u5c6c\u5247\u63d0\u4f9b\u6700\u5927\u5f48\u6027\u548c\u53ef\u5851\u6027\uff0c\u9019\u5728\u6d89\u53ca\u5b89\u5168\u9ad8\u6548\u5c0e\u96fb\u7684\u61c9\u7528\u4e2d\u81f3\u95dc\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u638c\u63e1\u9019\u4e9b\u8853\u8a9e\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u4f60\u505a\u51fa\u6b63\u78ba\u7684\u6c7a\u7b56\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u5728\u8a2d\u7f6e <a href=\"https:\/\/haoyumaterial.com\/zh\/product\/permanent-mold-casting-services-gravity-die-casting-guide\/\">\u6c38\u4e45\u6a21\u9444\u670d\u52d9<\/a> \u7528\u65bc\u7cbe\u5bc6\u96f6\u4ef6\u6642\u3002.<\/p>\n<h2>\u9285\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u6a5f\u68b0\u548c\u7269\u7406\u6027\u8cea<\/h2>\n<p>\u7406\u89e3\u6750\u6599\u7684\u6838\u5fc3 <strong>\u6a5f\u68b0\u6027\u80fd<\/strong> \u2014\u2014\u5c24\u5176\u662f <strong>\u9285\u7684\u6297\u62c9\u5f37\u5ea6<\/strong>\u2014\u2014\u5c0d\u65bc\u6b63\u78ba\u5b8c\u6210\u5de5\u7a0b\u9805\u76ee\u81f3\u95dc\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u8b93\u6211\u5011\u62c6\u89e3\u4f7f\u9019\u7a2e\u91d1\u5c6c\u6210\u70ba\u5168\u7403\u88fd\u9020\u696d\u9996\u9078\u7684\u7269\u7406\u6307\u6a19\u3002\u5982\u679c\u4f60\u6b63\u5728\u8a2d\u8a08\u5b9a\u5236\u96f6\u4ef6\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u6578\u5b57\u8207\u8655\u7406 <a href=\"https:\/\/haoyumaterial.com\/zh\/precision-cnc-machining-bronze-services-for-custom-industrial-parts\/\">\u7cbe\u5bc6\u6578\u63a7\u9285\u96d5\u523b<\/a> \u4ee5\u53ca\u5176\u4ed6\u9285\u57fa\u5408\u91d1\u3002.<\/p>\n<h3>\u5c48\u670d\u5f37\u5ea6\u8207\u6975\u9650\u6297\u62c9\u5f37\u5ea6<\/h3>\n<p>\u5728\u8a55\u4f30\u9285\u96f6\u4ef6\u80fd\u627f\u53d7\u591a\u5c11\u8ca0\u8f09\u6642\uff0c\u4f60\u9700\u8981\u67e5\u770b\u5169\u500b\u4e3b\u8981\u6578\u503c\uff0c\u901a\u5e38\u4ee5 <strong>MPa<\/strong> \uff08\u5146\u5e15\uff09\u6216 <strong>ksi<\/strong> \uff08\u5343\u78c5\u6bcf\u5e73\u65b9\u82f1\u5bf8\uff09\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u5c48\u670d\u5f37\u5ea6\uff08\u6216\u8b49\u660e\u5f37\u5ea6\uff09\uff1a<\/strong> \u9019\u662f\u9285\u958b\u59cb\u6c38\u4e45\u5f4e\u66f2\u6216\u8b8a\u5f62\u7684\u7cbe\u78ba\u61c9\u529b\u9ede\u3002.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u6975\u9650\u62c9\u4f38\u5f37\u5ea6\uff1a<\/strong> \u9019\u8861\u91cf\u91d1\u5c6c\u5728\u61c9\u529b\u4e0b\u7684\u6574\u9ad4\u525b\u6027\u3002.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u91d1\u5c6c\u72c0\u614b\u7684\u8b8a\u5316\u6703\u5927\u5e45\u6539\u8b8a\u9019\u4e9b\u6578\u503c\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c, <strong>\u9000\u706b<\/strong> (\u8edf\u5316\u7684)\u9285\u5177\u6709\u8f03\u4f4e\u7684\u5c48\u670d\u9ede\uff0c\u4f7f\u5176\u975e\u5e38\u6613\u65bc\u52a0\u5de5\u3002\u53cd\u4e4b\uff0c, <strong>\u51b7\u8ecb<\/strong> \u9285\u5247\u986f\u8457\u66f4\u786c\uff0c\u4e26\u64c1\u6709\u66f4\u9ad8\u7684\u6975\u9650\u62c9\u4f38\u5f37\u5ea6\u3002.<\/p>\n<h3>\u5ef6\u5c55\u6027\u8207\u4f38\u9577\u7387\u7279\u6027<\/h3>\n<p>\u9285\u4ee5\u5176\u6975\u9ad8\u7684 <strong>\u5ef6\u5c55\u6027<\/strong>. \u800c\u805e\u540d\u3002\u9019\u610f\u5473\u8457\u4f60\u53ef\u4ee5\u62c9\u4f38\u548c\u62c9\u626f\u5b83\u800c\u4e0d\u6703\u4f7f\u6750\u6599\u65b7\u88c2\u3002.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u5ef6\u4f38\u7387\uff1a<\/strong>
