\u662f\u81f3\u95dc\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u3002\u5b83\u5b9a\u7fa9\u4e86\u9226\u90e8\u4ef6\u5728\u767c\u751f\u707d\u96e3\u6027\u5931\u6548\u6216\u6c38\u4e45\u8b8a\u5f62\u4e4b\u524d\u80fd\u627f\u53d7\u7684\u6700\u5927\u62c9\u4f38\u61c9\u529b\u3002.<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u7cbe\u5bc6\u88fd\u9020\u548c\u9444\u9020\u4e2d\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u901a\u904e\u5169\u500b\u4e3b\u8981\u6307\u6a19\u4f86\u8a55\u4f30\u9019\u4e00\u6027\u80fd\uff1a<br \/>\n<strong>\u5c48\u670d\u5f37\u5ea6\uff1a<\/strong> \u6750\u6599\u958b\u59cb\u6c38\u4e45\u8b8a\u5f62\u7684\u61c9\u529b\u6c34\u5e73\u3002.<br \/>\n<strong>\u6975\u9650\u62c9\u4f38\u5f37\u5ea6\uff08UTS\uff09\uff1a<\/strong> \u6750\u6599\u5728\u7834\u88c2\u524d\u80fd\u627f\u53d7\u7684\u6700\u5927\u61c9\u529b\u3002.<\/p>\n<p><img \/><\/p>\n<h3>\u70ba\u4ec0\u9ebc\u9226\u7684\u5f37\u5ea6\u8207\u91cd\u91cf\u6bd4\u5f88\u91cd\u8981<\/h3>\n<p>\u9226\u4ee5\u5176\u7d55\u5c0d\u5f37\u5ea6\u800c\u805e\u540d\u65bc\u4e16\uff0c\u4e0d\u50c5\u5982\u6b64\uff0c\u5b83\u9084\u5177\u6709\u5353\u8d8a\u7684\u5f37\u5ea6\u8207\u91cd\u91cf\u6bd4\u3002\u5b83\u64c1\u6709\u91cd\u578b\u92fc\u7684\u5f37\u5ea6\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u6bd4\u91cd\u7d04\u8f1545%\u3002.<\/p>\n<p>\u9019\u7a2e\u7368\u7279\u7684\u7d50\u69cb\u6548\u7387\u5728\u95dc\u9375\u884c\u696d\u4e2d\u5e36\u4f86\u660e\u986f\u512a\u52e2\uff1a<br \/>\n<strong>\u822a\u7a7a\u822a\u5929\uff1a<\/strong> \u5728\u4fdd\u6301\u6a5f\u8eab\u5b8c\u6574\u6027\u7684\u540c\u6642\uff0c\u6e1b\u5c11\u7d50\u69cb\u8cea\u91cf\u3002.<br \/>\n<strong>\u6c7d\u8eca\uff1a<\/strong> \u964d\u4f4e\u8eca\u8f1b\u7684\u7a7a\u91cd\uff0c\u63d0\u9ad8\u71c3\u6cb9\u6548\u7387\u548c\u8f09\u91cd\u80fd\u529b\u3002.<br \/>\n<strong>\u91ab\u7642\u8a2d\u5099\uff1a<\/strong> \u63d0\u4f9b\u8f15\u91cf\u5316\u3001\u4f4e\u8cea\u91cf\u7684\u690d\u5165\u7269\uff0c\u6e1b\u5c11\u60a3\u8005\u4e0d\u9069\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u80fd\u627f\u53d7\u9ad8\u751f\u7406\u8ca0\u8377\u3002.<\/p>\n<h3>\u5f71\u97ff\u9226\u7684\u6a5f\u68b0\u6027\u80fd\u7684\u56e0\u7d20<\/h3>\n<p>\u6700\u7d42 <strong>\u9226\u7684\u6297\u62c9\u5f37\u5ea6<\/strong> \u5176\u6027\u80fd\u53d6\u6c7a\u65bc\u591a\u500b\u88fd\u9020\u548c\u51b6\u91d1\u8b8a\u6578\u3002\u5be6\u73fe\u6700\u4f73\u6a5f\u68b0\u6027\u80fd\u9700\u8981\u7cbe\u78ba\u63a7\u5236\u4ee5\u4e0b\u56e0\u7d20\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u5408\u91d1\u5143\u7d20\uff1a<\/strong> \u52a0\u5165\u92c1\u3001\u91e9\u6216\u926c\u7b49\u5143\u7d20\u6703\u6539\u8b8a\u6750\u6599\u7684\u5fae\u89c0\u7d50\u69cb\u76f8\uff0c\u986f\u8457\u63d0\u9ad8\u6975\u9650\u6297\u62c9\u5f37\u5ea6\u3002.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u9593\u9699\u96dc\u8cea\uff1a<\/strong> \u5fae\u91cf\u7684\u6c27\u3001\u6c2e\u548c\u78b3\u6703\u5f71\u97ff\u5ef6\u5c55\u6027\u548c\u786c\u5ea6\u3002\u8f03\u9ad8\u7684\u6c27\u542b\u91cf\u6703\u589e\u52a0\u5c48\u670d\u5f37\u5ea6\uff0c\u4f46\u6703\u964d\u4f4e\u65b7\u88c2\u4f38\u9577\u7387\u3002.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u52a0\u5de5\u65b9\u6cd5\u8ad6\uff1a<\/strong> \u4f5c\u70ba\u5c08\u696d\u7684\u7cbe\u5bc6\u9444\u9020\u670d\u52d9\u63d0\u4f9b\u5546\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u8a8d\u8b58\u5230\u71b1\u8655\u7406\u3001\u71b1\u52a0\u5de5\u548c\u51b7\u537b\u901f\u7387\u76f4\u63a5\u5f71\u97ff\u6676\u7c92\u7d30\u5316\u548c\u6574\u9ad4\u6a5f\u68b0\u6027\u80fd\u3002.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>\u9226\u5408\u91d1\u7b49\u7d1a\u7684\u62c9\u4f38\u5f37\u5ea6\u6bd4\u8f03<\/h2>\n<p>\u5728\u89c0\u5bdf\u9226\u7684\u62c9\u4f38\u5f37\u5ea6\u6642\uff0c\u55ae\u4e00\u6a19\u6e96\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\u4e26\u4e0d\u9069\u7528\u3002\u91d1\u5c6c\u7684\u6027\u8cea\u6703\u6839\u64da\u662f\u5426\u70ba\u7d14\u6dec\u6216\u5408\u91d1\u800c\u6709\u986f\u8457\u8b8a\u5316\u3002.<\/p>\n<p><img \/><\/p>\n<h3>\u5546\u7528\u7d14\u9226\uff081-4\u7d1a\uff09<\/h3>\n<p>\u5546\u7528\u7d14\uff08CP\uff09\u9226\u7b49\u7d1a\u5177\u6709\u512a\u7570\u7684\u8010\u8150\u8755\u6027\u548c\u6210\u5f62\u6027\uff0c\u4f46\u76f8\u8f03\u65bc\u5408\u91d1\uff0c\u5176\u6574\u9ad4\u5f37\u5ea6\u8f03\u4f4e\u3002\u96a8\u8457\u7b49\u7d1a\u5f9e1\u5347\u81f34\uff0c\u5fae\u91cf\u5143\u7d20\u5982\u6c27\u7684\u542b\u91cf\u589e\u52a0\uff0c\u63d0\u5347\u4e86\u6975\u9650\u62c9\u4f38\u5f37\u5ea6\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u7565\u5fae\u964d\u4f4e\u4e86\u5ef6\u5c55\u6027\u3002.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li \u63d0\u4f9b\u6700\u9ad8\u7684\u6210\u5f62\u6027\u548c\u6700\u4f4e\u7684\u62c9\u4f38\u5f37\u5ea6\uff0c\u9069\u7528\u65bc\u6df1\u62c9\u548c\u8907\u96dc\u6210\u578b\u3002.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Grade 2:<\/strong> \u5de5\u696d\u61c9\u7528\u7684\u570b\u969b\u6a19\u6e96\uff0c\u517c\u9867\u826f\u597d\u7684\u710a\u63a5\u6027\u8207\u9069\u4e2d\u7684\u5f37\u5ea6\u3002.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Grade 3 &amp; 4\uff1a<\/strong> \u70ba\u4ecd\u9700\u7d14\u6de8\u5316\u5b78\u6297\u6027\u7684\u4e0d\u5408\u91d1\u9226\u63d0\u4f9b\u8f03\u9ad8\u7684\u5f37\u5ea6\u57fa\u6e96\u3002.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u03b1-\u03b2\u5408\u91d1\uff1a5\u7d1a\uff08Ti-6Al-4V\uff09\u5f37\u5ea6<\/h3>\n<p>5\u7d1a\uff08Ti-6Al-4V\uff09\u662f\u9226\u884c\u696d\u7684\u652f\u67f1\uff0c\u4f54\u5168\u7403\u4f7f\u7528\u9226\u7684\u8d85\u904e\u4e00\u534a\u3002\u9019\u7a2e\u03b1-\u03b2\u5408\u91d1\u53ef\u71b1\u8655\u7406\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u4ee4\u4eba\u9a5a\u8c54\u7684\u6a5f\u68b0\u6027\u80fd\u63d0\u5347\u3002\u5b83\u5177\u6709\u9ad8\u6975\u9650\u62c9\u4f38\u5f37\u5ea6\u3001\u51fa\u8272\u7684\u5c48\u670d\u5f37\u5ea6\u548c\u512a\u7570\u7684\u75b2\u52de\u6297\u6027\uff0c\u662f\u822a\u7a7a\u822a\u5929\u96f6\u4ef6\u548c\u9ad8\u61c9\u529b\u5de5\u696d\u90e8\u4ef6\u7684\u9996\u9078\u3002\u5c0d\u65bc\u9700\u8981\u57fa\u790e\u4e86\u89e3\u9019\u4e9b\u6750\u6599\u7684\u9805\u76ee\uff0c\u63a2\u7d22\u57fa\u672c \u53ef\u4ee5\u5e6b\u52a9\u5224\u65b7\u5408\u91d1\u6216\u7d14\u6dec\u54ea\u4e00\u7a2e\u66f4\u9069\u5408\u3002.<\/p>\n<h3>\u9ad8\u5f37\u5ea6\u03b2\u5408\u91d1\u8207\u7279\u6b8a\u7b49\u7d1a<\/h3>\n<p>\u03b2\u5408\u91d1\u4ee3\u8868\u9ad8\u5f37\u5ea6\u9226\u5de5\u7a0b\u7684\u5dd4\u5cf0\u3002\u901a\u904e\u5c08\u9580\u7684\u71b1\u8655\u7406\u548c\u5bc6\u96c6\u7684\u5408\u91d1\u5316\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u91d1\u5c6c\u80fd\u627f\u53d7\u6975\u7aef\u7684\u6a5f\u68b0\u61c9\u529b\u3002\u5b83\u5011\u63d0\u4f9b\u6700\u5927\u5c48\u670d\u5f37\u5ea6\u548c\u512a\u7570\u7684\u65b7\u88c2\u97cc\u6027\uff0c\u5c0d\u65bc\u91cd\u578b\u5f48\u7c27\u3001\u6df1\u4e95\u6cb9\u7530\u958b\u63a1\u548c\u9ad8\u6027\u80fd\u7dca\u56fa\u4ef6\u7b49\u5c08\u7528\u61c9\u7528\u81f3\u95dc\u91cd\u8981\u3002.<\/p>\n<hr <strong>MPa<\/strong> or <strong>psi<\/strong>, UTS \u5b9a\u7fa9\u4e86\u6750\u6599\u5728\u62c9\u4f38\u6e2c\u8a66\u4e2d\u627f\u8f09\u80fd\u529b\u7684\u7d55\u5c0d\u5cf0\u503c\u3002.<\/p>\n<h3>\u5c48\u670d\u5f37\u5ea6<\/h3>\n<p>\u5c48\u670d\u5f37\u5ea6\u662f\u9226\u5f9e\u5f48\u6027\u8b8a\u5f62\uff08\u62c9\u4f38\u5f8c\u6062\u5fa9\u539f\u72c0\uff09\u8f49\u8b8a\u70ba\u5851\u6027\u8b8a\u5f62\uff08\u6c38\u4e45\u5f4e\u66f2\uff09\u7684\u9ede\u3002\u5c0d\u65bc\u95dc\u9375\u7d50\u69cb\u8a2d\u8a08\uff0c\u9019\u500b\u6307\u6a19\u901a\u5e38\u6bd4UTS\u66f4\u91cd\u8981\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u8d85\u904e\u5c48\u670d\u5f37\u5ea6\u610f\u5473\u8457\u96f6\u4ef6\u5df2\u7d93\u6c38\u4e45\u640d\u58de\u3002\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u4e5f\u5728\u8a2d\u8a08\u87ba\u7d0b\u7d44\u4ef6\uff0c\u4e86\u89e3\u9019\u4e9b\u529b\u5982\u4f55\u4f5c\u7528\u65bc\u7dca\u56fa\u4ef6\u7b49\u96f6\u4ef6\u4e5f\u975e\u5e38\u91cd\u8981\u3002
