\u60a8\u6b63\u5728\u67e5\u770b\u4e00\u7a2e\u53ef\u6dec\u786c\u7684\u76f4\u927b\u99ac\u6c0f\u9ad4\u4e0d\u92b9\u92fc <strong>\u99ac\u6c0f\u9ad4\u4e0d\u92b9\u92fc<\/strong>. \u5b83\u88ab\u6307\u5b9a\u70ba <strong>AISI 410 \/ UNS S41000<\/strong> \u4e26\u4e14\u5728\u5168\u7403\u7bc4\u570d\u5167\u4e5f\u88ab\u7a31\u70ba <strong>1.4006 \u4e0d\u92b9\u92fc<\/strong>. \u6b64\u7b49\u7d1a\u65e8\u5728\u63d0\u4f9b <strong>\u786c\u5ea6\u3001\u5f37\u5ea6\u8207\u9069\u5ea6\u8010\u8150\u8755\u6027\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u826f\u597d\u5e73\u8861<\/strong> \u4e14\u5177\u6709\u975e\u5e38\u5177\u6709\u7af6\u722d\u529b\u7684\u6210\u672c\u3002.<\/p>\n<h3>\u99ac\u6c0f\u9ad4\u4e0d\u92b9\u92fc\u7279\u6027<\/h3>\n<p>410 \u4e0d\u92b9\u92fc\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e <strong>\u9ebb\u7530\u6563\u4e0d\u93fd\u92fc<\/strong> \u7b49\u7d1a\uff0c\u9019\u610f\u5473\u8457\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u5b83\u662f <strong>\u53ef\u71b1\u8655\u7406\u7684<\/strong> \uff08\u53ef\u786c\u5316\u548c\u56de\u706b\uff09\u3002.<\/li>\n<li>\u5b83\u662f <strong>\u78c1\u6027\u7684\u539f\u56e0<\/strong> \u5728\u5927\u591a\u6578\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\u3002.<\/li>\n<li>\u5b83\u63d0\u4f9b <strong>\u66f4\u9ad8\u7684\u5f37\u5ea6\u548c\u8010\u78e8\u6027<\/strong> \u6bd4\u8a31\u591a\u5967\u6c0f\u9ad4\u7b49\u7d1a\uff08\u5982 304\uff09\u66f4\u597d\u3002.<\/li>\n<li>\u5b83\u5177\u6709 <strong>\u8f03\u4f4e\u7684\u8010\u8150\u8755\u6027<\/strong> \u6bd4 304\/316 \u4f46\u6bd4\u666e\u901a\u78b3\u92fc\u597d\u3002.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u7531\u65bc\u9019\u7a2e\u9ebb\u7530\u6563\u7d50\u69cb\uff0c, <strong>410 SS \u6750\u6599<\/strong> \u662f\u7406\u60f3\u7684\uff0c\u7576\u60a8\u9700\u8981 <strong>\u786c\u5ea6\u3001\u92d2\u5229\u5ea6\u4fdd\u6301\u6027\u548c\u6a5f\u68b0\u5f37\u5ea6<\/strong>, \uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u50c5\u50c5\u662f\u8010\u8150\u8755\u6027\u3002.<\/p>\n<h3>410 \u4e0d\u93fd\u92fc\u6750\u6599\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u512a\u9ede<\/h3>\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u6b63\u5728\u8003\u616e <strong>SS 410 \u6750\u6599<\/strong> \u4ee5\u53ca\u5176\u4ed6\u4e0d\u92b9\u92fc\u7b49\u7d1a\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u662f\u60a8\u53ef\u4ee5\u7372\u5f97\u7684\u73fe\u5be6\u4e16\u754c\u597d\u8655\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u53ef\u71b1\u8655\u7406<\/strong> \u9054\u5230\u5404\u7a2e\u786c\u5ea6\u7bc4\u570d<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u5177\u6709\u826f\u597d\u7684\u8010\u78e8\u548c\u6297\u78e8\u640d\u6027\u80fd<\/strong> \u9069\u7528\u65bc\u6aa2\u6e2c\u3001\u8655\u7406\u6216\u8a2d\u8a08\u9700\u6c42<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u901a\u5e38\u6210\u672c\u8f03\u4f4e<\/strong> \u6bd4\u9ad8\u5408\u91d1\u4e0d\u92b9\u92fc\u7b49\u7d1a\u66f4\u5177\u6210\u672c\u6548\u76ca\uff0c\u4e14\u5728\u6f6e\u6fd5\u689d\u4ef6\u4e0b\u6027\u80fd\u512a\u65bc\u78b3\u92fc<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u5c0d\u8a31\u591a\u8cb7\u5bb6\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c, <strong>410 \u4e0d\u92b9\u92fc\u7684\u6027\u80fd<\/strong> \u662f <strong>\u5f37\u5ea6\u3001\u786c\u5ea6\u8207\u50f9\u683c\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u201c\u6700\u4f73\u5e73\u8861\u9ede\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>410 \u4e0d\u92b9\u92fc\u7684\u5178\u578b\u884c\u696d\u548c\u7528\u6236<\/h3>\n<p>\u60a8\u6703\u770b\u5230 <strong>410 \u4e0d\u92b9\u92fc<\/strong> \u5728\u53f0\u7063\u7684\u5de5\u696d\u3001\u539f\u59cb\u8a2d\u5099\u88fd\u9020\u5546\uff08OEM\uff09\u548c\u7dad\u4fee\u61c9\u7528\u4e2d\u88ab\u5ee3\u6cdb\u4f7f\u7528\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u61c9\u7528\u4e2d <strong>\u5f37\u5ea6\u8207\u786c\u5ea6<\/strong> \u91cd\u8981\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u95a5\u9580\u3001\u6cf5\u6d66\u8207\u914d\u4ef6<\/strong> \u2013 \u8ef8\u3001\u896f\u5957\u3001\u78e8\u640d\u96f6\u4ef6\u3001\u7dca\u56fa\u4ef6\u3001\u6a21\u5177<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u4f60\u4f7f\u7528 <strong>410 \u4e0d\u93fd\u92fc\u6750\u6599\u3001410 \u4e0d\u93fd\u92fc\uff0c\u6216\u751a\u81f3\u5c07\u5176\u8207 420 \u4e0d\u93fd\u92fc\u6750\u6599\u548c 420 \u4e0d\u93fd\u92fc\u92fc\u6bd4\u8f03<\/strong>, \uff0c\u4f60\u901a\u5e38\u8ffd\u6c42\u7684\u662f <strong>\u8f03\u9ad8\u7684\u786c\u5ea6\u8207\u8010\u78e8\u6027<\/strong> \u5177\u6709 <strong>\u53ef\u63a5\u53d7\u7684\u8010\u8150\u8755\u6027\u80fd<\/strong> \u4ee5\u53ca\u660e\u986f\u7684\u6210\u672c\u512a\u52e2\u3002.<\/p>\n<h2>410 \u4e0d\u93fd\u92fc\u5316\u5b78\u6210\u5206<\/h2>\n<h3>410 \u4e0d\u93fd\u92fc\u7684\u5143\u7d20\u7d44\u6210\uff08AISI 410 \/ UNS S41000\uff09<\/h3>\n<p>410 \u4e0d\u93fd\u92fc\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u76f4\u93c8\u927b\u99ac\u6c0f\u9ad4\u4e0d\u93fd\u92fc\u3002\u5176\u5178\u578b\u5316\u5b78\u6210\u5206\u70ba\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u78b3 \u9918\u91cf<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u9019\u7a2e\u5747\u8861\u7684\u6210\u5206\u662f 410 \u4e0d\u92b9\u92fc\u4e4b\u6240\u4ee5\u6210\u70ba\u9996\u9078\u724c\u865f\u7684\u539f\u56e0\uff0c\u7576\u60a8\u9700\u8981\u786c\u5ea6\u3001\u8010\u78e8\u6027\u548c\u57fa\u672c\u8010\u8150\u8755\u6027\u7684\u7d44\u5408\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u6210\u672c\u5408\u7406\u6642\u3002.<\/p>\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u6b63\u5728\u70ba\u67d0\u500b\u9805\u76ee\u6bd4\u8f03\u591a\u7a2e\u4e0d\u92b9\u92fc\u724c\u865f\uff0c\u67e5\u770b\u66f4\u5ee3\u6cdb\u7684 <strong>\u4e0d\u92b9\u92fc\u7522\u54c1\u7cfb\u5217<\/strong> \u4f8b\u5982\u6211\u5011\u7684 <a href=\"https:\/\/haoyumaterial.com\/zh\/products\/stainless-steel\/\">\u4e0d\u92b9\u92fc\u6750\u6599\u7cfb\u5217<\/a> \u4ee5\u4fbf\u4e00\u76ee\u4e86\u7136\u5730\u4e86\u89e3\u5316\u5b78\u6210\u5206\u548c\u6027\u80fd\u5dee\u7570\u3002.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>410 \u927b\u548c\u78b3\u662f\u6027\u80fd\u7684\u771f\u6b63\u9a45\u52d5\u56e0\u7d20\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u927b (11.5\u201313.5%)<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>\u5f62\u6210\u920d\u5316\u819c\u4ee5\u63d0\u9ad8\u8010\u8150\u8755\u6027<\/li>\n<li>\u786c\u5316\u5f8c\u7a69\u5b9a\u9ebb\u7530\u6563\u9ad4\u7d50\u69cb<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u78b3 (0.08\u20130.15%)<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>\u71b1\u8655\u7406\u5f8c\u76f4\u63a5\u63d0\u9ad8\u786c\u5ea6\u548c\u5f37\u5ea6<\/li>\n<li>\u8f03\u9ad8\u7684\u78b3\u542b\u91cf\u4f7f 410 <strong>\u71b1\u8655\u7406\u786c\u5316<\/strong> \u4f46\u4ecd\u80fd\u8655\u7406\u6c34\u3001\u84b8\u6c23\u548c\u6eab\u548c\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u3002.<\/p>\n<hr \u548c 420 \u7684\u8010\u8150\u8755\u6027\u80fd\u76f8\u4f3c\uff0c\u4f46\u5982\u679c\u672a\u7d93\u6b63\u78ba\u71b1\u8655\u7406\u548c\u8868\u9762\u8655\u7406\uff0c420
