\u63d0\u4f9b\u5177\u6709\u9ad8\u5f37\u5ea6\u3001\u6a6b\u5411\u97cc\u6027\u548c\u5805\u56fa\u8010\u8150\u8755\u6027\u7684\u99ac\u6c0f\u9ad4\u6c89\u6dc0\u786c\u5316\u5408\u91d1\uff0c\u7528\u65bc\u95dc\u9375\u7d50\u69cb\u96f6\u4ef6\u3002\u4f5c\u70ba\u7d93\u517817-4 PH\u7684\u6539\u826f\u7248\uff0c15-5 PH\u5177\u6709\u5e73\u8861\u7684\u5fae\u89c0\u7d50\u69cb\uff0c\u6d88\u9664\u4e86\u03b4\u9435\u7d20\u9ad4\uff0c\u4e26\u652f\u6301\u5728\u591a\u5411\u61c9\u529b\u4e0b\u7684\u51fa\u8272\u65b9\u5411\u6027\u5747\u52fb\u6027\u3002.<\/p>\n<p>\u7aef\u5230\u7aef <strong>15-5 PH \u9444\u9020<\/strong> \u65b9\u6848\u7d50\u5408\u6295\u8cc7\u9444\u9020\u3001\u7802\u578b\u9444\u9020\u548c\u96e2\u5fc3\u9444\u9020\u5de5\u85dd\uff0c\u4e26\u9032\u884cH900\u2013H1150\u71b1\u8655\u7406 \u2014 \u9069\u7528\u65bc\u822a\u7a7a\u822a\u5929\u3001\u570b\u9632\u53ca\u6d41\u7a0b\u8a2d\u5099\u96f6\u4ef6\uff0c\u7b26\u5408 <strong>UNS S15500<\/strong>, <strong>XM-12<\/strong>, \uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca <strong>AMS 5659<\/strong> \u6a19\u8b58\u7b26\u3002\u5c0d\u65bc\u8207\u4e4b\u5bc6\u5207\u76f8\u95dc\u7684PH\u7b49\u7d1a\uff0c\u8acb\u6bd4\u8f03\u5144\u5f1f\u65b9\u6848 <a href=\"https:\/\/haoyumaterial.com\/zh\/product\/17-4-ph-casting\/\">17-4 PH\u9444\u9020<\/a> \u7576\u927b\u542b\u91cf\u8f03\u9ad8\u4ee5\u63d0\u5347\u8010\u8150\u8755\u6027\u70ba\u4e3b\u8981\u9700\u6c42\u6642\u3002.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>\u5316\u5b78\u6210\u5206\u8207\u7b49\u7d1a\u6a19\u8b58<\/h3>\n<p>\u8a72\u5408\u91d1\u7684\u5e73\u8861\u5316\u5b78\u6210\u5206\u9632\u6b62\u5f62\u6210\u6b21\u7d1a\u9435\u7d20\u9ad4\u76f8\uff0c\u986f\u8457\u63d0\u5347\u5176\u5728\u6a6b\u5411\u7684\u5ef6\u5c55\u6027\u548c\u97cc\u6027\uff0c\u8f03\u5176\u4ed6\u99ac\u6c0f\u9ad4\u7b49\u7d1a\u66f4\u70ba\u512a\u8d8a\u3002.<\/p>\n<p>\u6839\u64da\u4e3b\u8981\u570b\u969b\u6a19\u6e96\u7684\u5e38\u7528\u547d\u540d\uff0c\u8a72\u6750\u6599\u7531\u591a\u500b\u4e3b\u8981\u6a19\u8b58\u7b26\u8a8d\u53ef\uff1a<br \u9444\u4ef6\u5728\u5ee3\u6cdb\u7684\u6eab\u5ea6\u7bc4\u570d\u5167\u63d0\u4f9b\u5353\u8d8a\u7684\u6027\u80fd\u3002\u7531\u65bc\u5176\u5404\u5411\u540c\u6027\u7684\u7279\u6027\uff0c\u8a72\u6750\u6599\u5728\u7e31\u5411\u548c\u6a6b\u5411\u65b9\u5411\u7684\u6a5f\u68b0\u6027\u80fd\u5e7e\u4e4e\u5b8c\u5168\u76f8\u540c\u3002.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u6975\u9650\u62c9\u4f38\u5f37\u5ea6\uff1a<\/strong> \u6839\u64da\u71b1\u8655\u7406\u60c5\u6cc1\uff0c\u53ef\u9054\u5230 1,450 MPa (210 ksi)\u3002.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u5c48\u670d\u5f37\u5ea6\uff080.2%\u504f\u79fb\uff09\uff1a<\/strong> \u6700\u9ad8\u53ef\u9054 1,240 MPa (180 ksi)\u3002.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u885d\u64ca\u97cc\u6027\uff1a<\/strong> \u5373\u4f7f\u5728\u96f6\u4e0b\u6eab\u5ea6\u4e0b\uff0c\u4e5f\u5177\u6709\u5353\u8d8a\u7684 Charpy V \u7f3a\u53e3\u503c\u3002.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u8010\u8150\u8755\u6027\uff1a<\/strong> \u5728\u5927\u591a\u6578\u5927\u6c23\u548c\u6eab\u548c\u5316\u5b78\u74b0\u5883\u4e2d\uff0c\u53ef\u8207 304 \u4e0d\u92b9\u92fc\u5ab2\u7f8e\uff0c\u986f\u8457\u512a\u65bc\u6a19\u6e96\u7684\u786c\u5316\u9ad8\u927b\u92fc\u3002.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u5f48\u6027\u6a21\u91cf\uff1a<\/strong> 196 GPa (28.5 \u00d7 10\u2076 psi)\u3002.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>\u6c89\u6dc0\u786c\u5316\u7684\u512a\u9ede<\/h3>\n<p>15-5 PH \u9444\u4ef6\u7684\u5353\u8d8a\u6027\u80fd\u901a\u904e\u4e00\u7a2e\u7a31\u70ba <strong>\u6790\u51fa\u786c\u5316<\/strong> \uff08\u6216\u6642\u6548\u786c\u5316\uff09\u7684\u4f4e\u6eab\u71b1\u8655\u7406\u5de5\u85dd\u5f97\u4ee5\u91cb\u653e\u3002\u9019\u4e00\u51b6\u91d1\u5de5\u85dd\u5177\u6709\u660e\u986f\u7684\u88fd\u9020\u548c\u6027\u80fd\u512a\u52e2\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u53ef\u8abf\u6574\u7684\u5f37\u5ea6\u8207\u97cc\u6027\u6bd4\u4f8b\uff1a<\/strong> \u901a\u904e\u8abf\u6574\u6642\u6548\u6eab\u5ea6\u5728 482\u00b0C\uff08H900\u72c0\u614b\uff09\u548c 621\u00b0C\uff08H1150\u72c0\u614b\uff09\u4e4b\u9593\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u5b9a\u5236\u6210\u54c1\u9444\u4ef6\u7684\u6a5f\u68b0\u6027\u80fd\uff0c\u4ee5\u7b26\u5408\u7279\u5b9a\u7684\u5de5\u7a0b\u9700\u6c42\u3002.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u6700\u5c0f\u7684\u71b1\u8655\u7406\u8b8a\u5f62\uff1a<\/strong> \u7531\u65bc\u6642\u6548\u8655\u7406\u4f9d\u8cf4\u4f4e\u6eab\u6d78\u6ce1\u800c\u975e\u5feb\u901f\u6db2\u9ad4\u6dec\u706b\uff0c\u9ad4\u7a4d\u8b8a\u5316\u5e7e\u4e4e\u4e0d\u5b58\u5728\u3002\u96f6\u4ef6\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u6700\u7d42\u786c\u5316\u524d\u9032\u884c\u9444\u9020\u548c\u52a0\u5de5\uff0c\u4ee5\u9054\u5230\u6975\u5176\u56b4\u683c\u7684\u516c\u5dee\u3002.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u6d88\u9664\u4e09\u89d2\u9435\u7d20\u9ad4\uff1a<\/strong> 15-5 PH \u7684\u5316\u5b78\u5e73\u8861\u9650\u5236\u4e86\u6e38\u96e2\u9435\u7d20\u9ad4\u7684\u5f62\u6210\uff0c\u9632\u6b62\u65b9\u5411\u6027\u5f31\u9ede\uff0c\u4e26\u78ba\u4fdd\u5728\u9ad8\u5faa\u74b0\u8ca0\u8377\u548c\u6613\u75b2\u52de\u74b0\u5883\u4e2d\u5177\u6709\u53ef\u9760\u7684\u6027\u80fd\u3002.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>15-5 PH \u4e0d\u92b9\u92fc\u9444\u9020\u670d\u52d9<\/h2>\n<p>\u7aef\u5230\u7aef <strong>15-5 PH \u9444\u9020<\/strong> \u89e3\u6c7a\u65b9\u6848\u65e8\u5728\u6eff\u8db3\u5168\u7403\u884c\u696d\u7684\u56b4\u683c\u6027\u80fd\u6a19\u6e96\u3002\u7cbe\u5bc6\u9444\u9020\u670d\u52d9\u65b9\u6848\u7d50\u5408\u5148\u9032\u7684\u51b6\u91d1\u6280\u8853\u8207\u6210\u719f\u7684\u9444\u9020\u5de5\u85dd\uff0c\u751f\u7522\u5177\u6709\u5353\u8d8a\u7d50\u69cb\u5b8c\u6574\u6027\u7684\u96f6\u4ef6\u3002.<\/p>\n<h3>\u7cbe\u5bc6\u5931\u881f\u9444\u9020<\/h3>\n<p>\u5c0d\u65bc\u9700\u8981\u56b4\u683c\u516c\u5dee\u548c\u512a\u826f\u8868\u9762\u8655\u7406\u7684\u8907\u96dc\u5e7e\u4f55\u5f62\u72c0\uff0c, <a href=\"https:\/\/haoyumaterial.com\/zh\/product\/stainless-steel-investment-casting-services-high-precision-parts\/\">\u7cbe\u5bc6\u4e0d\u92b9\u92fc\u6295\u8cc7\u9444\u9020\u670d\u52d9<\/a> \u662f\u884c\u696d\u6a19\u6e96\u3002\u6b64\u65b9\u6cd5\u975e\u5e38\u9069\u5408\u751f\u7522\u6de8\u5f62\u6216\u8fd1\u6de8\u5f62\u96f6\u4ef6\uff0c\u986f\u8457\u964d\u4f4e\u8907\u96dc\u6790\u51fa\u786c\u5316\u99ac\u6c0f\u9ad4\u5408\u91d1\u96f6\u4ef6\u7684\u5f8c\u7e8c\u52a0\u5de5\u6210\u672c\u3002.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u516c\u5dee\uff1a<\/strong> \u7684\u91cd\u578b\u96f6\u4ef6\uff0c\u901a\u904e\u6d41\u7a0b\u63a7\u5236\u9632\u6b62\u5167\u90e8\u7f3a\u9677\uff0c\u4e26\u78ba\u4fdd\u6574\u500b\u9444\u4ef6\u57fa\u9ad4\u5177\u6709\u5747\u52fb\u7684\u6a5f\u68b0\u6027\u80fd\u3002\u5c0d\u65bc\u9700\u8981\u5bc6\u5be6\u51dd\u56fa\u7684\u7ba1\u72c0\u6216\u74b0\u72c0\u5e7e\u4f55\u5f62\u72c0\uff0c\u4e5f\u63d0\u4f9b\u96e2\u5fc3\u9444\u9020\u9078\u9805\uff0c\u8207\u7802\u6a21\u548c\u6295\u8cc7\u6a21\u8def\u7dda\u4e26\u884c\u2014\u2014\u4e0d\u9650\u5236\u65bc\u55ae\u4e00\u6a21\u5177\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002.<\/p>\n<h3>\u5feb\u901f\u539f\u578b\u88fd\u4f5c\u8207\u5c0f\u6279\u91cf\u751f\u7522<\/h3>\n<p>\u654f\u6377\u7684\u539f\u578b\u670d\u52d9\u7e2e\u77ed\u8a2d\u8a08\u8207\u5927\u898f\u6a21\u751f\u7522\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u8ddd\u96e2\u3002.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u5feb\u901f\u56de\u61c9\uff1a<\/strong> \u5229\u75283D\u5217\u5370\u7802\u6a21\u6216\u881f\u578b\u5feb\u901f\u9a57\u8b49\u8a2d\u8a08\u3002.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u5c0f\u6279\u91cf\u5f48\u6027\uff1a<\/strong> \u5728\u9032\u884c\u5927\u91cf\u751f\u7522\u524d\uff0c\u6e2c\u8a66\u5be6\u969b\u904b\u884c\u689d\u4ef6\u4e0b\u768415-5 PH\u9444\u4ef6\u3002.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>15-5 PH\u9444\u4ef6\u7684\u71b1\u8655\u7406\u8207\u5f8c\u8655\u7406<\/h2>\n<p>\u63a7\u523615-5 PH\uff08\u6790\u51fa\u786c\u5316\uff09\u4e0d\u92b9\u92fc\u7684\u71b1\u5faa\u74b0\uff0c\u91cb\u653e\u5176\u5353\u8d8a\u7684\u5f37\u5ea6\u8207\u8010\u4e45\u6027\u3002\u7531\u65bc\u9019\u7a2e\u99ac\u6c0f\u9ad4\u5408\u91d1\u5c0d\u71b1\u8655\u7406\u53cd\u61c9\u654f\u611f\uff0c\u6a5f\u68b0\u6027\u80fd\u53ef\u4ee5\u6839\u64da\u7d50\u69cb\u9700\u6c42\u9032\u884c\u5b9a\u5236\u3002.<\/p>\n<h3>\u56fa\u6eb6\u9000\u706b\u8207\u6dec\u706b<\/h3>\n<p>\u5728\u4efb\u4f55\u786c\u5316\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c15-5 PH\u9444\u4ef6\u5fc5\u9808\u7d93\u904e\u56fa\u6eb6\u9000\u706b\u3002\u5c07\u6750\u6599\u52a0\u71b1\u81f3\u7d041900\u00b0F\uff081038\u00b0C\uff09\uff0c\u4f7f\u5408\u91d1\u5143\u7d20\u6eb6\u89e3\u6210\u5747\u52fb\u7684\u56fa\u6eb6\u9ad4\u3002.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u76f8\u8b8a\uff1a<\/strong> \u4e00\u65e6\u52a0\u71b1\uff0c\u9444\u4ef6\u6703\u8fc5\u901f\u5728\u6cb9\u6216\u6c34\u4e2d\u6dec\u706b\u81f3\u5ba4\u6eab\u3002.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u99ac\u6c0f\u9ad4\u57fa\u9ad4\uff1a<\/strong> \u9019\u7a2e\u5feb\u901f\u51b7\u537b\u5c07\u5fae\u89c0\u7d50\u69cb\u8f49\u8b8a\u70ba\u5747\u52fb\u3001\u672a\u7d93\u56de\u706b\u7684\u99ac\u6c0f\u9ad4\uff0c\u70ba\u5408\u91d1\u5f8c\u7e8c\u7684\u6642\u6548\u786c\u5316\u505a\u6e96\u5099\u3002.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img \/><\/p>\n<h3>\u6642\u6548\u786c\u5316\uff08\u6c89\u6fb1\u786c\u5316\uff09<\/h3>\n<p>\u5728\u5176\u56fa\u6eb6\u9000\u706b\u72c0\u614b\u4e0b\uff0c\u5408\u91d1\u76f8\u5c0d\u8f03\u8edf\u3002\u70ba\u4e86\u9054\u5230\u5176\u6a19\u8a8c\u6027\u7684\u9ad8\u5f37\u5ea6\u548c\u8010\u78e8\u6027\uff0c\u6703\u9032\u884c\u6642\u6548\u786c\u5316\uff08\u6c89\u6fb1\u786c\u5316\uff09\u3002\u901a\u904e\u5c07\u91d1\u5c6c\u52a0\u71b1\u81f3900\u00b0F\u81f31150\u00b0F\uff08482\u00b0C\u81f3621\u00b0C\uff09\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u7279\u5b9a\u6eab\u5ea6\uff0c\u5fae\u89c0\u7684\u5bcc\u9285\u6c89\u6fb1\u7269\u5728\u57fa\u9ad4\u4e2d\u5f62\u6210\uff0c\u9396\u5b9a\u4f4d\u932f\u3002.<\/p>\n<p>\u6839\u64da\u61c9\u7528\u9700\u6c42\uff0c\u7a0b\u5e8f\u91dd\u5c0d\u7279\u5b9a\u7684\u6a19\u6e96\u689d\u4ef6\uff1a<\/p>\n<table>\n<thead>\n<tr>\n<th
