Vastmaterial specializes in high-complexity precision castings using advanced techniques like colloidal silica investment casting, precision machining, and surface treatment. We handle a variety of materials including stainless steel, heat-resistant steel, carbon steel, low-alloy steel, high-temperature alloys, and non-ferrous alloys.
With over 100 stable clients, we have a monthly production capacity of 1.3 million high-complexity precision metal parts. Our state-of-the-art equipment and proprietary technologies, combined with an exceptional talent pool, enable us to develop and produce hot-end components for engines and gas turbines, providing high-quality services to our discerning clients.
Collaborating with the China Iron & Steel Research Institute and Xi’an Aero-Engine, we leverage decades of R&D experience in high-temperature alloys and stainless steel master alloys. Partnership with Dongying Vocational College to establish an additive machining workshop.
